Seamless work
The desktop mail client allows users to access their inbox and check for new messages. There is a simple yet modern interface that displays all folders in a convenient way. There are drafts, bookmarks, all, calendar and contact tabs. In addition, the program integrates with Google Docs for seamless document management.
The inbox displays both new and old mails. You can open any of them to add the message to the archives, trash or favorites. It is also possible to mark the message as spam and block the sender. When a letter comes with attachments, you are able to download and open these files.
Calendar
As mentioned before, the software includes a calendar where you can add and manage your tasks. It is possible to choose any day of the month and provide descriptions to remember what activities you are planning to do.
If it is a collaborative task, Mailbird allows you to add the email accounts of other members and send them reminders as well. You can clarify the location where the event will take place. It is worth noting that the calendar displays holidays, birthdays and other important dates by analyzing your email account details.
