Medusa is an open source program with which you can emulate a Nintendo console environment and launch corresponding video games on a computer running Windows. It features enhanced support for Game Boy Advance titles. Alternatively, you may try another software called Nsemu and play Nintendo Switch.
Games and settings
The utility is capable of processing various file formats, namely ROM, ISO and ZIP. In order to run a game, you need to load its image. It is necessary to point out that the project is under development. For this reason, errors and other issues may occur during gameplay. There is an option to tweak sound and graphics parameters.
Medusa allows you to launch games in various modes like full screen and windowed. It is also possible to connect keyboards as well as third-party wired and wireless input controllers. The function of saving and loading game states is available. This means you can keep your progress and continue playing exactly where you left off.
Cheat codes and multiplayer
Another interesting feature of this emulator is the possibility to use cheat codes. To do that, you have to toggle the corresponding mode. Here you are able to get extra lives or in-game resources. If you want to play with your friends, you may connect via the Internet or local network.
