The software suite is available only on a paid basis. However, by purchasing a subscription, you are able to access key productivity, communication and collaboration services by Microsoft. In other words, you can save a significant amount of money on maintenance especially if you regularly use these applications.
Communication
Skype provides 60 minutes per month for calls with high audio quality. You can create video meetings and collaborate with your colleagues in real-time. During sessions, it is possible to capture your screen and camera connected to your PC. On top of that, you are able to communicate with Bing, an AI chatbot which generates detailed answers to your questions.
