Network LookOut Administrator is a program for Windows developed for businesses, schools, and organizations that need to supervise multiple PCs remotely. Users can view live screens of connected workstations and send commands.
Display
It is possible to watch desktop activities of all connected computers from a centralized dashboard. Each monitor can be enlarged, grouped or monitored individually for more focused observation. The tool also supports screen capturing and video recording for later review.
Management
LookOut allows full remote control of client machines, including mouse and keyboard input. Similar to GoToMyPC, here supervisors can open applications, close processes or reboot machines without physical access. This is especially useful for enforcing discipline or executing administrative tasks during downtime.
As for communication, you are able to send custom messages or pop-up alerts to one or multiple users instantly. The notifications can be used to issue instructions, warnings or announcements. On top of that, it is possible to blacklist specific websites and utilities across all monitored systems. Blocks are enforced immediately.
