Nimbus Note is a Windows utility for taking and organizing notes. Users can add photos, video clips, Excel spreadsheets and other content to the project. There are instruments for collaborating with colleagues by sharing access to the documents. Please note that the free version of Nimbus Note provides limited capabilities.
Project creation
After starting the program you can select one of the available templates. The collection includes multiple categories such as marketing, events, student, teacher, personal, product, etc.
It is possible to scan documents and add them to the library. Like in Focus To Do, users are able to create custom tasks and to do lists to better structure the project. Additionally, there is an embedded chat module for communicating with colleagues.
AI
This application offers you artificial intelligence algorithms based on the modern large language models that can greatly enhance the workflow. Tools for generating tailored recommendations based on existing content are provided. The AI assistant is capable of quickly refining rough ideas and thoughts into logically structured notes.
Users can enable email notifications to keep track of task completion and overall project progress. Flexible visual appearance settings are included as well.
