Okular is a program for Windows powered accompanied with a versatile document viewer that supports a wide range of file formats.
Coverage
The app supports a broad set of document types such as PostScript, CHM, Markdown and plain text. Users can open different formats without needing multiple services. The viewer automatically optimizes rendering for each file architecture, ensuring clean layouts and responsive performance.
Toolbox
First, it is possible to highlight text, underline, draw shapes or add pop-up notes directly within supported docs. Annotations are stored separately from the original file, in case you do not want to save the changes. Moreover, there is a sidebar for thumbnails, table of contents and bookmarks, simplifying navigation through long or complex projects. Similar to Google Docs, you can add your own notes to return to specific sections instantly.
Text selection tools allow you to copy specific paragraphs, tables, or code blocks. It is possible to capture content with formatting for use elsewhere. For teaching, meetings or reading without distractions, the utility provides a fullscreen and presentation mode.
