PatentHunter is a Windows program developed for professionals and researchers to download and analyze patent documents. It is possible to extract reports from major databases like the USPTO, EPO and WIPO.
Organization
Users are able to look for and save multiple patents simultaneously in PDF format from well-known platforms. The app automatically retrieves full-text images and stores them locally for offline access. There are tools to view patent databases by number, inventor or classification.
Downloaded patents are sorted into structured folders based on customizable rules, such as country code, publication date or assignee. After configuration, the software renames PDF files on its own with user-defined formats. Such organization makes it easier to locate specific legal reports in large collections without additional indexing.
