Photodex ProShow Gold is a Windows software for combining multiple images and videos into beautiful slideshows. You can burn the project to an optical disc or share the results on social media.
Slideshow creation
The first step is to import files by dragging and dropping them into the workspace. It is possible to add pictures from the included library as well. There is a timeline at the bottom that contains all elements in a chronological order.
Tools for inserting text blocks, custom frame transitions and special effects are provided. Like in Adobe Photoshop, users are able to improve the quality of individual photos by tuning the color temperature, brightness, white balance and other attributes.
There are instruments for adding background music to the project. Alternatively, you can record a voiceover track. An option to preview the project before saving it is available.

Export
Users are able to generate an executable file with the slideshow inside. Such a package can be played on any computer without installing additional programs. Instruments for saving the project as an AVVI, MPEG or WMV video are provided as well. The output bitrate and frame dimensions are customizable.
