PhotoDirector is a Windows software for organizing your image library. Like in Micrografx Windows Draw, it is possible to improve the quality of any photo by adjusting the brightness, contrast, color saturation and other parameters. Please note that the free version of PhotoDirector has limited functionality.
Photo collection
Users can import pictures from the hard drive to begin organizing them into a single library. Instruments for adding custom tags to images are provided. It is possible to sort the collection by name, size, location, date, rating and other attributes.
There is an option to use face recognition to group the content by person. Moreover, you are able to create slideshows with music and beautiful frame transitions.
Image editing
The program lets users apply global adjustments like exposure, white balance, contrast and color saturation to multiple pictures at the same time. There are tools for creating custom presets.
Automatic enhancements like the gradient mask, radial filter, spot removal and red eye correction are available. They are intended for fine tuning specific areas of the image. Additionally, you can work with multiple layers to create complex compositions.
