Pitch n Time LE is a Windows utility for integrating an extension into several popular digital audio workstation apps made by Serato and other companies. The plugin allows users to adjust the track speed and manually tune the pitch.
Capabilities
After installing the program you can open the main audio editing software and import the song. The plugin window contains the Tempo section with three modes: fixed, variable and morphing. Moreover, there are instruments for adjusting the length of the track by changing the start and end timestamps.
Like in Bitwig Studio, it is possible to modify the pitch by selecting the fixed, varispeed or variable mode. At the top of the window are controls for editing the range from 2x to 8x. Overall, users are able to increase the playback speed by 50 percent.
Advanced functionality
You can choose the most appropriate processing algorithm to improve the output audio quality. There are options that are more suitable for tonal or transient sounds.
The plugin is capable of handling 36 sharp and flat semitones. Instruments for mixing up to 48 tracks without losing their phase coherence are included.
