SolarEdge Configuration Tool is a convenient program for Windows developed by SolarEdge, a leading provider of smart energy solutions. With this it, you can configure and monitor inverter devices, which are essential components in solar power systems.
Power inverter configuration
The application is simple and easy to use. The graphical interface is well-organized, with all available features neatly spread across tabs, toolbars, and lists. Thus, even if you do not have prior experience, you are able to figure out how to set up the inverters for optimal performance.
It is possible to tweak a wide range of parameters, namely grid options, voltage and frequency ranges, power limits, and more. The utility provides you with a comprehensive overview of all the settings, enabling you to customize the inverter operation to meet specific project requirements.
Monitor and install firmware
The software gives you access to several additional options that are not accessible using the LCD panel. You can upgrade the firmware on your inverter or retrieve a list of the serial numbers of the optimizers connected to the device. If you want to control different parts of your smart home, you may try a corresponding tool called Loxone.
Additionally, the program offers monitoring capabilities for tracking your solar power systems. The information is updated in real time and displays details about energy production, voltage levels, and other important characteristics. Please note, however, that SolarEdge Configuration Tool is no longer supported by the developers.
