Portable WinSCP is a lightweight version of the powerful program, a file transfer client for Windows. WIth SFTP, FTP, WebDAV and SCP protocols, users can securely upload and download files.
Layout
There is a dual-pane interface similar to classic file managers, making it easy to drag and drop files between local and remote directories. The app also includes tree views, tabbed browsing and detailed data info. Users can switch to a Commander-style or Explorer-style layout based on preference.
With directory synchronization modes, you are able to perform one-way or two-way sync operations. It is possible to detect and transfer only changed files, saving time and bandwidth. General and advanced settings can be saved for repeated use or scheduled via command-line scripts.
Editor
The software allows you to view and edit remote files directly within the built-in text editor. Syntax highlighting and customizable fonts are available to enhance readability for scripts. On top of that, more skilled users can execute command-line operations and automate various actions.
