QSC TouchMix is a Windows utility for integrating firmware updates into TouchMix hardware. These audio mixing devices are oriented toward professional musicians. They offer users instruments for combining multiple sound inputs into a single track.
Update process
It is necessary to have an account on the official website to access the installation package. After downloading the archive you are instructed to extract its contents to an external storage device.
The next step is to insert the drive into one of the two USB ports on the rear panel of the mixer. Following that users can navigate to the Setup menu on the touchscreen and select the Upgrade option. The operation may take up to 10 minutes.
