There are multiple selection methods, including blue and green screen keying, chroma key, edge detection and brush-based masking. Users can select subjects automatically or refine edges manually for higher accuracy. Similar to PicMonkey, the software supports feathering and transparency control to ensure clean separation between the subject and background. It is possible to save cutouts as transparent PNGs for further editing.
Edge refinement
The app includes dedicated tools for handling fine details such as hair, fur and transparent materials. Edge refinement brushes allow you to paint over difficult areas to restore missing details or remove unwanted background artifacts.
On top of everything else, you are able to export projects in various image formats, including PNG, JPEG, TIFF and layered PSD files. It is possible to save finished compositions with transparent backgrounds or flattened images for direct use.
