Resso Music is a Windows utility that offers users access to a massive music collection. The platform was created by ByteDance, the developer of TikTok. It is currently available only in Brazil, India and Indonesia, but there are plans to expand to other countries soon.
Listening experience
You can search the library by song name, artist, album or genre. Instruments for displaying lyrics on the screen during playback are provided. The text is automatically synchronized with the track. This functionality is helpful for organizing karaoke parties.
Like in Apple Music, there are playlists with personalized recommendations based on previously played content. Users are able to discover new artists and genres by listening to suggested songs. Curated compilations such as Daily Mixes, New Releases and Top Hits are included.
Offline mode
An option to download audio files to the computer is available. This way you can play music while not connected to the internet. There are both low and high quality versions of every song.
It is worth noting that premium subscription lets users remove embedded advertisements and unlock additional exclusive content.
