This companion automatically monitors how long users have been sitting in front of their PC, via both system idle detection. Thus, it is possible to identify precise timing for breaks, minimizing the chance of forgetting to stretch or reposition. The tracking adapts to individuals behavior, pausing timers when they leave the desktop and resuming once they are back.
As mentioned before, there is an option to set personalized reminder intervals based on your own work style, focus cycles and posture needs.
