Brief description
After starting the utility you are instructed to connect all required email accounts. The list of recent messages will be downloaded to the computer. All incoming correspondence is automatically categorized into different sections like Personal, Notifications, etc. This functionality is helpful for sorting through a large amount of emails.
Users can schedule messages to be sent at a later date. The Quick Reply feature is intended for quickly responding to emails with pre written templates to save time.
Additional functions
There are tools for archiving individual messages to clean up the inbox folder. Additionally, you are able to create and edit multiple drafts. An option to snooze the incoming email to be reminded later is included as well.
The embedded calendar is helpful for planning future events and business meetings. Users can configure Spark Mail to only display system notifications for important messages.
