Spike is a Windows email client with a chat-like interface. The software is free for up to 2 accounts and has both desktop and mobile versions as well as a web app. There are instruments for creating personal reminders and notes.
Communication options
This utility aims to make email exchanges more conversational and less formal. You can send and receive messages in a chat window in real time. It is possible to organize the inbox folder into categories like Priority, Unread, Attachments, etc. The Smart Search feature is intended for quickly locating any keyword, contact name or file in a large archive.
Users are able to connect several email accounts to Spike and manage them from a common interface. This functionality is helpful for working with multiple online services like Gmail and Outlook at the same time.
Additional instruments
There is an option to create custom tasks and track their completion by marking individual steps. Similar to Zoho Calendar, tools for setting reminders and writing confidential notes are included. The integrated calendar allows you to schedule work meetings and plan future events.
