Description
This application is a part of the Symantec Ghost Solution Suite alongside other modules like the console, cast server and boot wizard. Using them together you can create, manage and deploy disk images that contain pre configured operating systems. It is possible to distribute generated partitions over the network.
Please note that Symantec Ghost Standard Tools is obsolete and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available. Users can download HDD Mechanic to manually manage hard drive partitions.
Backup
Instruments for creating exact copies of specific logical volumes or whole drives are available. Resulting files can be burned to optical media for safe storage. Additionally, there is an option to generate incremental backups by only updating the modified items in the original package.
