ThinkWave is a Windows web service oriented toward professional educators. It allows you to create student assignments, grade tests and manage classes. There are instruments for tracking individual performance throughout the semester.
Main functionality
After creating an account on the official website users can begin creating lessons, quizzes and homework assignments. The dashboard provides an overview of all classes and students. Similar to VPL, there is a digital gradebook for entering and storing individual test results. It is possible to monitor the attendance of every student as well.

Communication tools
The platform lets teachers exchange personal messages with all students and their parents. This feature is useful for distributing important information and receiving feedback.
There are instruments for generating detailed performance and attendance reports. You are able to specify the time period and select specific students. Resulting text documents can be shared with colleagues over email.
