TimeTree is a Windows web application that allows you to work with calendars. There are multiple project templates for different use cases such as work, shift schedule, school events, hobbies, etc. Please note that some features of TimeTree are hidden behind the paywall.
Calendar creation
After creating an account and logging into the service users can select the template or generate a blank calendar. The collection includes options for planning private events, scheduling business meetings, tracking work progress and performing a wide variety of other tasks.
You can change the name of the calendar, add additional description and choose the color scheme. The cover image is customizable as well.
It is possible to insert new events by clicking on the required day. There are instruments for adjusting the overall duration and creating reminder notifications. Users are able to attach URL links, location markers, notes and files to individual events.
Sharing options
Similar to Paymo, tools for inviting other people to collaborate on the same calendar are provided. You can configure access permissions.. This functionality is helpful for sharing work schedules with colleagues.
