Main capabilities
The utility provides an organized workflow for real estate appraisers. To be more precise, it assists in data collection, analysis, report generation, and communication with clients. It is possible to integrate various information sources, including MLS databases, public records, and mapping tools.
Appraisal files and reports can be securely stored in the cloud, enabling easy access and collaboration for multiple users. This feature is particularly helpful for teams or appraisers working remotely. Alternatively, you may try other cloud solutions like Nextcloud or pCloud.
Order management
The Orders panel displays a list of orders based on the search criteria or folder you have selected in the left pane. All entries are organized into customizable columns, and you have the possibility to sort any of them by clicking on the header.
What is more, the Login Manager component enables you to link TOTAL Connect to the account of the client. After signing in, the application will download and show you any orders that you have accepted via the management portal.
