Client management
You are able to monitor all current customers. There are tools for viewing detailed vehicle information and service history. This is helpful for creating invoices and tracking payments.
It is worth noting that Towmark III is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available. There are other utilities with similar capabilities such as ThermoGrid.
Dispatching
Users can view the list of pending jobs sorted by urgency level. It is possible to quickly assign work to the nearest available tow truck. An option to keep track of all vehicles via GPS navigation modules is provided.
Invoices
Financial documents can be generated automatically. You are able to customize the visual appearance of the invoice by adding the company logo, contact information and payment terms.
