Troop Messenger is a Windows utility for communicating with other people. There are instruments for creating and editing the contact list. Additionally, you can change the personal status from Available to Do Not Disturb.
Communication options
After starting the program users can register an account on the official website by providing the name, company, email address, phone number and other personal details. The next step is to upload an avatar and add contacts to the list.
It is possible to exchange text messages and emojis. You are able to change the visual appearance of the font, share the location as well as send and receive files.
Please note that the free trial version of Troop Messenger will stop working 30 days after activation.
Video conferencing
Similar to NetMeeting, there are instruments for organizing and managing group calls. Users can invite participants over email. The output video quality is customizable. This functionality is helpful for accommodating poor network conditions.
You are able to record and leave short messages in case the other person does not answer the call. The Settings menu provides tools for customizing the interface, configuring system notifications and changing the background color.
