VA HausDesigner Professional is a Windows application oriented toward exterior and interior designers. It allows you to create house blueprints with elevators, cross sections and different perspectives. A large collection of materials, colors, textures, furniture and accessories is available as well.
Design
Users can import existing projects in the DSG, DXF, PDF or JPG file format. Alternatively, it is possible to begin creating a house model from scratch.
There is an option to drag and drop objects or symbols into the workspace. A comprehensive content library with thousands of furniture items and surface textures is provided. You are able to quickly render high quality images and animations of the house.
Instruments for exploring the scene in 3D with the help of a VR headset or a smartphone are available. Supported device models include Oculus Rift and HTC Vive Pro.
Please note that VA HausDesigner Professional is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available.
Cost estimation
Similar to Home Construction Estimator, the utility offers users tools for calculating the material and labor costs of the project. The estimation is based on predefined specifications and prices that can be adjusted at any time.
