VAIO Image Optimizer is a Windows utility that lets users integrate a plugin into the Picture Motion Browser program from Sony. There are tools for optimizing images by reducing the size without compromising the quality. Supported file formats include JPEG, BMP and PNG.
Setup
This software is compatible only with Sony laptops. Moreover, it is necessary to install Picture Motion Browser before integrating the plugin. Media library
After starting the main app users are able to import photos by dragging and dropping them into the workspace. It is possible to change the default thumbnail size or switch to the list view for easier navigation.
Editing instruments
You can select multiple files for batch processing. There is a slider for adjusting the compression level to find the balance between the size and quality. Additionally, an option to preview the optimized image before saving it to the hard drive is included.
