VPL is a program for Windows intended to serve as a plugin for the open-source learning platform called Moodle. Create activities
In order to create a new VPL project, you need to set the course in editing mode by pressing the Turn editing on button. The next step is to select the section where you would like to add the activity and click on the corresponding link.
The software enables you to specify the name of the activity for the identification purposes. It is possible to write the description and include the details of the task the student has to do. You can also set the submission due date and the maximum number of files.
Grades and passwords
In case the activity presupposes assigning grades, you have to pick the type of score to be given. Additionally, you are able to go to the action menu and configure the execution actions, such as run, debug, and evaluate.
It is necessary to mention that teachers can set a password for each activity. Entering the security phrase gives permission to access the tasks during the current session, even if the key is changed. Commonly, students are issued passwords prior to starting the course.
