Zoho Notebook is a Windows software for note taking. There are instruments for adding images, video clips, audio tracks and checklists to any entry. Users are able to organize notes into custom color coded notebooks for easier navigation. It is worth mentioning that the free version of Zoho Notebook has limited capabilities.
Note taking
After launching the program you are prompted to register an account on the official website. Alternatively, there is an option to login through Google, Facebook, Apple or other popular authentication services.
Like in Nimbus Note, users can create a new note by clicking the corresponding button in the main window. Tools for customizing the font style and aligning the paragraph to any border are provided. Moreover, it is possible to work with numbered lists and insert tables into the document.
There are buttons for adding URLs, checklists and images to the note. You are able to insert code snippets. Any file from the hard drive can be attached to the document as well.
Management tools
This utility allows users to group individual notes into customizable notebooks. Instruments for sharing information with other people are included. Additionally, there is an option to assign personal tags to documents.
