GoToll is an Android application for paying for toll road travel with a mobile device. The process does not require a tag.
Simplifying for convenience
With GoToll, you do not need preloading, paperwork or commitment to the tag system to pass through the tolls. It is worth mentioning that this service is currently supported only by transit in Virginia, including over 1000 express lanes and roads. Additionally, users can drive through Elizabeth River tunnels, Dominion Boulevard, Chesapeake expressway and Coleman bridge.
The utility applies your device GPS to log your rides in real time. When you drive on a suitable road, your position and license plate are identified. Further, the GoToll system generates a trip. After the journey, the user receives a notification and can pay in the app. To enjoy the convenience of cashless toll lanes, you may register your car plates and add the credit card details.
For navigating cities of the US with public transit, you can install the TransLoc app. There are transportation options, a trip planner, ridesharing and schedules for buses.
