Similar to EMIS Mobile, caregivers from verified medical agencies access their account to manage their tasks and check patients information. There is also an option to clock in and out of shifts in order to track the time for payroll processings.
There is a Reports section where you can view numerous documents related to your care activities and changes in your patients health. The application allows you to create accurate records for monitoring purposes. Additionally, it is possible to complete electronic visit verification.
Communication
It is possible to directly connect to patients in case of emergencies. HHAeXchange comes with a built-in messenger with which you can securely chat with your clients and stay up to date with their condition in real-time. Moreover, you are able to contact your agency for new announcements and updates.
