NORAD Tracks Santa is an application for Android devices designed to track Santa’s movement on Christmas night. It is possible to monitor the flight of the sleigh from the North Pole and further around the world.
General information
There is no need to register and create an account in this app. The utility is created in collaboration with the North American Aerospace Defend Command and is a mobile client of the eponymous web resource.
Tracking, games, and music
On the main page, users can read information about how the history of tracking Santa’s flight in the USA began. At the top of the screen, there is a tracker that allows you to count the number of days, hours, minutes, and seconds left until Christmas. The main menu of the application contains the following sections:
- how NORAD tracks Santa’s flight;
- information about Santa and Christmas traditions;
- music;
- online games.
Children and their parents can read stories about Santa and learn detailed information about his sleigh. It is possible to listen to popular Christmas melodies using the simple built-in player. In addition, the utility includes a selection of 23 different online games. Just like in Google Play Games, there are platformers, puzzlers, match-three, and many other titles.
Starting from December 1st until December 23rd, a new game is unlocked every day. Tracking Santa’s flight begins 24 hours before Christmas and occurs online in the application as well as on the corresponding website.
