Printing
The key option of this app is the Mobile Print Release which allows users to release their jobs directly from their mobile devices. Employees can print documents on the go and take them when they are physically present at the printer.
Moreover, there is a Secure Print Release option. Users can send jobs to a central queue. The documents will only be printed when users authenticate at the device. This enhances security and reduces the chances of sensitive information falling into the wrong hands.
