Logi Bolt is a Windows software for connecting various Logitech hardware to the computer via a first party wireless receiver. Some devices support a standard Bluetooth protocol as well. It is possible to customize button functions and update internal firmware on compatible peripherals.
Connection
After starting the program you are prompted to click Add Device to begin pairing wireless hardware from Logitech. The next step is to choose the correct Logi receiver such as Bolt, Unified or USB. Moreover, there is an option to establish a Bluetooth connection via a third party adapter.
Device configuration
Similar to Logitech Options, users can remap physical buttons on keyboards and gamepads to better suit their personal preferences. It is possible to create multiple custom control profiles for different purposes and quickly switch between them. Additionally, tools for modifying the RGB lighting effects on some devices are included.
Firmware updates
Logi Bolt regularly checks for new versions of the internal microcode for your Logitech peripherals. These updates can improve the overall performance and stability as well as add new functionality to existing devices.
