Sorenson Squeeze is a Windows utility for converting videos from one format to another. It supports a vast library of codecs, including ProRes, DNxHD, HEVC, MOV, etc. Moreover, users are able to embed closed captions into the movie for enhanced accessibility. Please note that the free trial version of Sorenson Squeeze will expire 30 days after installation.
Conversion process
The first step is to import media files from the hard drive or external storage devices by clicking the corresponding button in the main window. Moreover, it is possible to record video from a compatible capture card.
Users can add visual filters such as noise removal, sepia, watermark and deinterlace to the source clip. Additionally, there are instruments for trimming, cropping and zooming the original frame to better suit personal preferences. Like in Miro Video Converter, the default aspect ratio is adjustable.
Output presets
Multiple predefined format options for the resulting item are included. You are able to create MP4, MP3, FLV, MPG, WMV, MOV and other types of media files. The output resolution, framerate, quality and many other parameters can be configured before starting the conversion.
