TopNotify is a program for Windows that notifies users about planned events, tasks, processes, changes and other activities. It is possible to customize the settings for ease of management.

Customization
It is possible to choose the area on the PC screen where the notifications tab will appear. You can choose between top and bottom parts to see new alerts and reminders. Moreover, there is an option to adjust the transparency of the window. The utility allows you to make it as light as possible. Thus, the messages pop-up without distracting you when playing games or working with documents.
There is a test mode which helps you to test made changes. You can see how notifications are going to appear after you customize their settings. And last but not least, you are able to enable the click-through option. Please note that you need to restart the computer to let this feature work properly.
